What will I do for you?
The sessions
I start with an initial session where we can meet up or speak over the telephone. This gives us both a chance to get to know each other and explore why you want coaching. In the second meeting we will look at what changes are needed to support you to achieve the changes you want to make. Then over the course of the sessions using a range of tools and techniques I will, with your consent send you an action plan to work towards your goal.
How many sessions?
The usual number of sessions needed is between 6 and 12. Some people choose to have maybe 3 or 4 sessions more after the initial programme just to keep them on track.
How Frequent?
The session’s last an hour and I will see you once a fortnight depending on your availability. This will give you time to work on the options we have identified and for you to complete the action plan.
Price?
This will depend on what you are looking for and will be discussed in our initial telephone conversation.
Am I the right coach for you?
I am a fully accredited coach and licensed NLP practitioner and have many years experience, working with a cross section of people from all walks of life. I am committed to my own professional development and constantly strive to update my own skills and knowledge, often attending sessions with other coaches to learn from their experience too.
